Important Insurance Company Information

Though some insurance companies have closed their physical buildings, some of the employees we work with to fund your claims work remotely from their homes, giving us the ability to continue funding as normal. It is important to note with emergency planning measures being implemented across the country for coronavirus, some insurance companies may have a reduced number of staff members, which may delay processing times. While many insurance companies will remain operational, it is possible that employers for Group Insurance Policies may close. In order to better assist your families for these specific claims, we ask for your help in collecting as much information as possible in the event calls for verification are not a possibility.
Some important information to gather from your families to help us proceed in funding of Group Policies are: recent policy documents, employer email addresses, cell phones and direct lines to those they have been in contact with.
