EASIEST. at-need insurance assignment company, is proud to announce three well-deserved promotions that strengthen its Sales & Marketing team: Olivia Ralston Yergler has been promoted from Midwest Account Manager to Sales and Marketing Manager, Jack Willaert transitions from Client Relations Representative to Midwest Account Manager, and Andrew Uesseler advances from Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to Client Relations Representative.
These promotions reinforce EFF’s continued commitment to enhancing the customer experience, expanding brand reach, and delivering unmatched value to funeral homes and cemeteries nationwide. By investing in strong, innovative leaders, EFF continues to strengthen its partnerships and build meaningful connections with the families and professionals it serves.
A proven leader in sales and client engagement from Indiana who joined EFF in 2021, Ralston Yergler will now lead the company’s Sales and Marketing divisions. In her new role, she will drive strategic initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, manage public relations efforts, and develop enhanced training and educational programs to support EFF’s funeral home and cemetery partners across the country.
Willaert, who has served EFF customers since 2015, will step into the role of Midwest Account Manager, fostering relationships with funeral homes and cemeteries throughout the region and supporting EFF’s continued mission of delivering personalized, relationship-driven service.
Uesseler, a valued team member since 2022, will transition into the role of Client Relations Representative, where he will assist funeral homes and cemeteries with onboarding, training, and continued customer support initiatives.
