Andy was named President of Express Funeral Funding, in October of 2024 where he excels in establishing operational efficiencies, fostering relationships, and devising innovative solutions for funeral homes and cemeteries nationwide. Joining the company in 2013, Andy brought a wealth of experience from the finance sector specializing in healthcare cost containment services for several Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rubel School of Business at Bellarmine University and a Bachelor of Business Administration at Grand Canyon University. Beyond his professional pursuits, Andy has a passion for home remodeling and is an avid real estate investor. He cherishes family life, is happily married to his wife Abbey, and is a proud father to his two daughters, Iyla and Isabelle.

As vice president of operations at Express Funeral Funding, Michael manages daily procedures, working closely with the operations team to ensure funeral homes and cemeteries nationwide receive the industry’s FASTEST. EASIEST.® services. Wilson and his team are dedicated to providing sedulous efforts during the verification process to assure that families have peace of mind. As a servant leader, he philosophizes the importance of having a servants heart for our funeral homes and cemeteries, who in turn have been called to serve. With a Bachelors degree in business from Indiana University, a passion for entrepreneurship, and years of experience managing family businesses, Wilson yields a strong foundation of business principals, contributing largely to the success of Express Funeral Funding. A family man, Michael loves spending time with his beautiful wife Tiffany, daughters Kylie, and Lilly, and son Michael Jr.

As vice president of finance, Jansen Nally, CPA is responsible for the oversight of all financial and accounting functions at Express Funeral Funding. Managing all accounting records, Nally develops comprehensive budgetary reports designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of financial projections. Additionally, Nally and his team ensure that funeral homes and cemeteries nationwide receive the FASTEST funding of life insurance assignments in the industry. Nally joined Express Funeral Funding in 2014 as a certified public accountant, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Sullivan University and as masters in theological studies from Liberty University School of Divinity. Continuing his passion for theology Jansen remains involved in serving his church. When Jansen is not spending time with his gorgeous wife Andrea and sons, Bryson and Bennett, he enjoys playing basketball and investing in real estate.

Deanna Wilkinson is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Express Funeral Funding (EFF), in October 2024 and has lead sales and marketing efforts since 2017. With a career in the funeral service industry that began in 2015 with one of the nation's largest casket suppliers, Deanna brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the field to her role. A Maryland native, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and mass communications from Towson University. At EFF, Deanna is instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives designed to drive growth and enhance brand visibility among funeral and cemetery professionals nationwide. Deanna's commitment to funeral service extends beyond her current role. As a Past President and former Board Member of the International Memorialization Supply Association (IMSA), she has been dedicated to advancing industry standards and building meaningful partnerships with funeral and cemetery associations across the country.

Kory was born, raised, and currently resides in the city of New Albany, IN. Attending Indiana University Southeast, Kory earned a Bachelor's in Business Finance in 2008 and completed his MBA in 2019. Kory began as a Processor with EFF; from there, he moved to Accounting, and was promoted to Processing Manager, then promoted to Pre-Funding Director, and now serves as the Director of Operations. In his free time, Kory enjoys going to the gym, serving at his church, and spending as much time as possible with his wife and daughter.

As the customer relations manager, Adam oversees communications with funeral homes and cemeteries nationwide to ensure exceptional levels of service are met. A seasoned manager, Setty has been with Express Funeral Funding since 2008 and has knowledge of all operational processes, along with a Bachelors degree in business management from Indiana University Southeast, he provides a valued foundation of knowledge. Remaining active, Adam enjoys golfing, hiking, playing basketball and spending time with his beautiful wife Mallory and son Hayes.

Olivia Ralston serves as EFF’s midwest account manager. She began her career in funeral service nearly six years ago as a casket territory consultant but most recently comes from Pharma sales. Joining EFF in 2021 as Midwest Account Manager, she was promoted to Sales & Marketing Manager in October of 2025. Ralston will drive strategic initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, manage public relations efforts, and develop enhanced training and educational programs to support EFF’s funeral home and cemetery partners across the country. Ralston earned her Bachelor in Sociology and Business from Ball State University and is currently the Ball State University Code Red Dance Team head coach and is a Barre instructor outside of Indianapolis. Ralston is also a wine enthusiast and an Indianapolis Colts fan.

As customer service manager, Patrick oversees communications with funeral homes and cemeteries nationwide to provide exemplary customer satisfaction. Notaro and his team assist clients with claim filing procedures to ensure fast and accurate verification of benefits, while aiding in all stages of the insurance claim process. Patrick joined Express Funeral Funding in 2014, with a Bachelors degree from Indiana University having concentrations in finance and communication. Along with an extensive background in customer service and knowledge of the funeral and life insurance industries, he is a proven foundation of support. Patrick loves to spend time with his family and friends and enjoys basketball, golf, cooking, hiking, and listening to music.

Krista joined EFF in 2016 as a processor. She now oversees claims processing for all funding requests and maintains close working relationships with funeral service professionals. She attended the Universities of Portland and Phoenix, earning a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. Krista came to EFF with a background in the healthcare and social work industries and was a program quality assurance manager for adults with disabilities in the state of Kentucky. She has three children and enjoys high school sports, boating, fishing, and camping.

Born and raised in Southern Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University Southeast in 2015. With over 6 years of experience in legal services for the health insurance industry and Operational Management, Terrance brought his skill set to the team in February 2023. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his beautiful wife Tiffany, and is the proud father of two children. The family can often be spotted doing sports with their children on Saturdays and active in church on Sundays.

Originally from Cuba, Jesus has been in the United States since 2014. He continued his education at Indiana Wesleyan University and earned his degree in Computer Science in 2020; Jesus also holds six separate industry-specific certifications for IT professionals. Joined EFF in January 2021 as the IT System Administrator and got promoted to IT Systems and Development Executive on January 2023. Jesus brings to EFF many years of extensive experience and knowledge in hardware, software, programing language, and API integration solutions. Always willing to go above and beyond in helping others when needed while continuously seeks and develops new solutions and ideas for growth. For Jesus, our customer's needs are always a top priority every day and he is never afraid to confront any challenge when it comes to making our customers happy.

Azael joined EFF in October 2017 and has since held several roles, including processing team member, processing supervisor, and now customer service supervisor. He earned his marketing degree from Marian University.

Kerri started with EFF in September of 2019. Kerri has worked in all departments of EFF including customer service, post-funding, and helping out in the mail room. She currently serves as EFF's Post Funding Supervisor.

Michell joined EFF in September 2019, bringing years of experience in customer service and management. She currently serves as a Processing Supervisor. Outside of work, Michell enjoys crafting.

Amy joined Express Funeral Funding in April of 2024 and currently serves as a customer service representative.

Melanie currently works as a Customer Service Representative for EFF.

Brian joined Express Funeral Funding in September of 2019 and currently serves as a customer service representative.

Taylor joined Express Funeral Funding in April of 2016 and currently serves as a senior customer service representative.

Ana Kane currently serves as a customer service representative for Express Funeral Funding.

Zach joined Express Funeral Funding in April of 2019 and currently serves as a midwest customer service representative.

Me'Asia joined Express Funeral Funding in January of 2022 and currently serves as a southeast customer service representative.

Catie joined Express Funeral Funding in September of 2019 and currently serves as a customer service representative.

Melissa brings a decade of experience working in and serving the death care industry. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with funeral homes and crematories across North America, helping to enhance their recycling processes and ensure a transparent experience from start to finish. Melissa genuinely enjoys serving the death care industry and values the meaningful relationships she has built over the years. Melissa started with EFF in January 2026 and is a graduate of the GIA in Carlsbad, CA, and currently resides in Medford, New Jersey, with her husband DJ, two daughters, Charlotte and Cami, and their family dog and cat. Melissa and her family are also a foster family who welcome and love on little ones in need of a soft landing. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her family, often with a glass of red wine in hand.

As a national account manager, Larry travels to funeral homes and cemeteries nationwide to establish relationships and to promote Express Funeral Funding’s services. McCracken came to Express Funeral Funding after the acquisition of Jefferson Financial in 2016. As a licensed funeral director since 1971 with over 17 years of previous funeral home management and ownership, along with having served as a pre-need sales manager for 22 years, McCracken provides valued industry experience. Residing in Fort Worth, TX, Larry spends much of his time on Eagle Mountain Lake, sailing and powerboating.

Ben Pooser (CFSP, CCO, CPC) serves as EFF’s Southeast Account Manager. Ben is responsible for developing trusted partnerships and establishing relationships with funeral homes and cemeteries across the Southeast. As a 4th generation licensed funeral director from Charleston, South Carolina, he has held management and leadership positions within the funeral industry for years. He has served in law enforcement with multiple agencies prior to joining the death care industry, and has committed his career to community service. Ben enjoys traveling, time out on the water, serving as a firefighter in his community, and enjoys spending time relaxing with his wife and daughter.

As a national account manager since 2019, Kevin develops partnerships and maintains strong working relationships with funeral homes and cemeteries nationwide. Kevin comes to Express Funeral Funding having over 20 years of life insurance assignment funding experience, previously holding respected roles within the funeral industry. Kevin enjoys traveling, the beach and spending time with his family!

PJ started his career at EFF in November 2018 as a Claims Processor before transitioning to the Sales team as a Client Relations Representative. With a strong background in customer service and account management, PJ is dedicated to fostering lasting relationships with clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University Southeast. Outside of work, PJ enjoys basketball, golfing, fishing, and supporting Hoosier athletics. He is happily married to his wife, Katie, and a proud father to their daughter.

Andrew joined EFF in January 2023 as a Marketing & Sales Support Specialist. He was promoted to Client Relations Representative in October 2025 where he will assist funeral homes and cemeteries with onboarding, training, and continued customer support initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing soccer, spending time with friends, and traveling.

Dakota started at Express Funeral Funding in July 2023. He comes from a graphic design and film background with a range of experience in different industries from agriculture products, addiction recovery centers, real estate, and promotional materials with a focus in marketing collateral materials, video production, and photography. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a BA in 2017. In his spare time, he is an avid film buff, volunteers at his church, and enjoys camping.

Hannah began her career at EFF in April 2026.

Kimberly joined Express Funeral Funding in 2012. Serving as EFF's training specialist, Kimberly is responsible for teaching new employees our funding process.

Megan joined Express Funeral Funding in 2017 and currently serves as a lead on the processing team.

Ryan began his career at EFF in 2016. Before joining EFF, he was a manager at Beef-O-Brady’s. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys cheering for his favorite sports teams—the Indiana Hoosiers, Miami Dolphins, and Cincinnati Reds—attending country music concerts, and spending time with his son.

Nick joined Express Funeral Funding in 2019 and currently serves as a senior claims processor.

Abby joined Express Funeral Funding in 2020 and currently serves as a claims processor.

Caitlin joined Express Funeral Funding in 2017 where she currently serves as a claims underwriter.

Carla joined Express Funeral Funding in 2021 and currently serves as a claims processor.

Erik joined Express Funeral Funding in 2021 and currently serves as a claims processor.

Lauren began her career at EFF as a Processor in September 2019. In her free time, she enjoys all things cozy, including drinking coffee, wearing fuzzy socks, and indulging in self-care.

Tammy joined Express Funeral Funding in January of 2022 and currently serves as a claims processor.

Billye joined Express Funeral Funding in June of 2023 and currently serves as a claims processor.

Mary joined Express Funeral Funding in June of 2023 and currently serves as a claims processor.

Amanda joined Express Funeral Funding in June 2023 as a Processor. Before joining EFF, she spent six years working at a call center for USAA Insurance. Outside of work, Amanda loves spending time with her family, particularly watching her son play baseball.

Juliana joined Express Funeral Funding in November of 2022 and currently serves as a claims processor.

Regina joined the EFF team in 2025. She is quiet at first but quick to light up the room once comfortable. She loves doing her hair and makeup, getting dressed up, and (occasionally) convincing her husband, Brandon, to join her for a shopping spree. A determined hard worker and proud dog mom of three, she thrives under pressure and values family and friends above all.

Jeffery joined EFF as a processor in June 2025, bringing over 15 years of hospitality experience from his time serving and bartending at Steak ’n Shake and Texas Roadhouse. Outside of work he enjoys cooking, reading, and unwinding with his husband Matthew and their cat Roach, while watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Mia joined Express Funeral Funding in 2026 and currently serves as a claims processor. In her free time she enjoys drawing, reading, cuddling with her two dogs, and spending time with her family.

Heidi Witas is a Document Processor who joined Express in the fall of 2025.

As the claims resolution manager, Monica oversees the insurance follow-up department to ensure claims are properly funded and solutions are developed for challenging claim statuses. Landers joined the Express Funeral Funding team in 2014 with expert knowledge, having over 13 years experience as a life insurance agent along with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from the University of Kentucky. No stranger to the funeral industry, Landers grew up volunteering in the funeral home her father worked at. Monica loves attending concerts and as an epicure at heart, enjoys exploring unique restaurants and wineries in the city of Louisville!

Ericka joined Express Funeral Funding in 2012 and is one if the longest tenured employees at Express!

Ashton has been with EFF since 2016, serving as a Senior Funeral Home Follow-Up Representative. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and previously worked as an administrator for adult and juvenile probation, specializing as a victim advocate. In her free time, Ashton enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, volunteering, and going on adventures with her kiddos!
