Express Funeral Funding recently had the opportunity to connect with funeral professionals during a memorable week surrounding the International Order of the Golden Rule PROGRESS Convention in Louisville, Kentucky.
To kick things off, EFF welcomed several OGR members to our headquarters for a behind-the-scenes office tour followed by a festive Cinco de Mayo lunch celebration complete with giveaways, great food, and even better company. The event gave our team the chance to strengthen relationships, share laughs, and show appreciation for the valued partnerships we’ve built throughout the industry.
The following day, EFF’s Sales & Marketing Manager, Olivia Ralston, and Midwest Account Manager, Jack Willaert, took the stage at the OGR PROGRESS Convention to speak with funeral professionals about the importance of compassionate financial conversations. Their presentation focused on helping families navigate difficult moments with empathy, transparency, and support while providing funeral homes with tools to create more confident and caring payment discussions.
