Our Sales Team commits to volunteer service in their communities, and this month we are spotlighting our Northeast Account Manager, Melissa Polis. Here is what Polis had to say about her incredible work with Foster the Family:
We are a licensed foster home, currently providing respite care for long-term foster families in our area. The little ones who stay with us may be here for just a night or sometimes a few weeks, depending on their situation, and we’re always so happy when we get repeat visitors!
During their time with us, they’re welcomed into the rhythm of our daily life. We’re intentional about maintaining the routines they know – daycare, family visits, appointments, and all the little moments that bring them comfort and stability.
Our girls, Charlotte and Cami, truly embrace their roles as big sisters. They love welcoming each child, sharing their space, and spending time together. And believe it or not, our home seems to run even smoother with more little ones around! Even our dog takes her role seriously and is never far from the action.
Our goal is simple: to make sure every child who comes through our door feels loved, safe, and knows they always have a place with us. Once they’re here, they’re part of our family!
