EFF Joins the 89th Annual NFDMA Convention

August 28th, 2026

The 89th Annual National Funeral Directors & Morticians Association Convention brought funeral service professionals together in Tampa, Florida. The week focused on connection, education, and fellowship.

Express Funeral Funding was excited to take part in this year’s convention alongside members of the Messenger Co. family. Throughout the week, our team reconnected with familiar faces and met new industry professionals.

Inspire. Integrate. Innovate.

“Inspire, Integrate, Innovate” set the tone for this year’s convention. Attendees had plenty of opportunities to learn, celebrate, and connect.

EFF’s Olivia, Melissa, Larry, and Kevin were on hand throughout the convention. Our team spent time connecting with clients, industry partners, and fellow funeral service professionals.

Meanwhile, the exhibit floor stayed lively with a great turnout and plenty of conversation. A DJ even brought some extra energy to the show floor.

The EFF booth joined in on the fun, too. Attendees had the chance to enter giveaways, including a selection of spirits for a few lucky winners.

A Week of Fellowship and Celebration

Beyond the exhibit hall, NFDMA created several memorable experiences for attendees. The convention included a kickoff beach party, an awards celebration, and a meaningful Service of Remembrance.

Attendees also took to the water for a dinner cruise. The event offered another opportunity to enjoy Tampa and spend time together.

Overall, each event brought something different to the convention. More importantly, the week provided plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow funeral service professionals.

Proud to Support NFDMA

EFF was also proud to support NFDMA through a sponsorship donation during this year’s convention.

NFDMA plays an important role in bringing funeral service professionals together. In addition, the organization creates opportunities for continued education, connection, and support within the profession.

We value our relationship with NFDMA and were glad to contribute to another successful annual convention.

Connections Across the Messenger Co. Family

EFF wasn’t the only familiar face in Tampa. Messenger, CemSites, and Thumbies were also represented at the convention.

Together, our teams had another opportunity to connect with funeral professionals. We also enjoyed showcasing the different ways the Messenger Co. family serves and supports the profession.

Most importantly, the week gave us time to reconnect with clients and build new relationships. It was another great opportunity to spend time with an industry we’re proud to serve.

Thank you to NFDMA and everyone who stopped by to see us in Tampa. We enjoyed being part of the 89th Annual Convention and look forward to seeing everyone again!
