Our Sales Team is committed to serving their communities, and this month we’re proud to spotlight our Southeast Account Manager, Ben Pooser. Ben’s passion for helping others extends well beyond his role at Express Funeral Funding, serving both the funeral profession and his local community as a volunteer firefighter.
Ben has dedicated his career to community service. As a fourth-generation funeral director, he has spent years helping families during some of life’s most difficult moments while also building a career centered around serving others. His passion for making a difference has remained a constant throughout every stage of his career.
In addition to his work in the funeral profession, Ben has proudly volunteered with his local fire department for more than 20 years. Through ongoing training and emergency response, he continues to serve his hometown with the same compassion, dedication, and willingness to help others that he brings to his role at EFF.
Whether he’s supporting funeral homes throughout the Southeast, serving families as a funeral director, or responding to emergency calls as a firefighter, Ben is committed to making a positive impact wherever he’s needed. His dedication to serving others is reflected in everything he does.
