Recently, I had a difficult insurance claim to deal with. Thank goodness Billie was there to help get it all taken care of. Took over a month to get done, not EFF or Billie’s fault; just the insurance company was being a real pain. I don’t think they wanted to pay it out. Thank you Billie for making it happen. 🤗
